Odor warning: When the wind blows from the east the park gets the putrid smell of the Arizona Chemical paper mill on South Everitt Avenue in Panama City, across the bay (7.5 miles away). Newer mills do not smell; the old ones smell like a mix of rotten eggs and sewage. The Arizona chemical paper mill is apparently an old plant not subject to modern regulations. Happy camping!
No Wi-Fi. All sites appear to be satellite friendly. Local cable.
Very nicely landscaped park.
Relatively quiet "off season". Gets very noisy once "spring breakers" start arriving in March. The street running past the park, Thomas Drive, turns into a motor speedway until the wee hours of the morning. The pub across the street from the RV park also gets noisy.
